Turn-key interior design in Miami

Turn-key means you make the decisions that matter — and none of the ones that don't. We take your home from empty shell or dated layout to fully furnished, styled, and move-in ready, while you carry on with your life.

On-site design oversight through every phase

Final styling — down to the flowers and folded towels

How it works

1. Discovery call. We talk goals, property, timeline, and budget — 30 minutes, free.

2. Concept & 3D. Space planning, materials, and photorealistic renders you approve before anything is ordered.

3. Procurement. We purchase, track, inspect, and store every item.

4. Construction oversight. Licensed contractors build; we oversee quality and schedule on site and send you weekly photo/video reports.

5. Reveal. You walk into a finished, styled home.

How we quote

Every project is quoted individually after the discovery call, based on square footage, scope and timeline.

What does turn-key interior design include?
Everything from concept to completion: design, drawings, coordination with your licensed contractor, on-site design oversight, all purchasing, installation, and styling. You receive a finished home.

Can you run my project if I'm not in Florida?
Yes — most of our turn-key clients are remote. You get weekly reports, video walkthroughs, and one point of contact in English or Russian.

How long does a turn-key project take?
Most turn-key projects run 6–12 months, depending on scope and building approvals.

What does it cost?
Fees depend on the size of the home, the scope and the timeline. We quote your design fee after the free discovery call.
